Is CNTRL-F a marketplace or an online furniture shop?

No. CNTRL-F is a B2B trade sourcing and procurement platform for professionals. There is no public retail checkout, no shopping cart and no public trade prices. Pricing is quoted to verified professionals, and orders are placed as purchase orders to the supplier or a dealer.

Which brands are on CNTRL-F?

As of 2026-10-11, trade catalogues from these brands are live: 101 Copenhagen, Cuero, Design House Stockholm, dk3, Indigenus, Kdln, Kvadrat, Man of Parts, Milano Bedding, Parachilna, Punt Mobles. The full and current list is on the Brands page, and more brands are being added.

Does CNTRL-F cover the UK?

For now CNTRL-F covers the UK: it is built for UK interior designers, architects, dealers and agents. It is planned to expand to UK and international projects. Delivery, lead times and availability are set by each supplier or dealer in their quote.

How much does CNTRL-F cost?

Studio Share is free permanently (not a trial) and includes catalogue search, schedule building and up to 2 active projects. Studios are not being charged during the beta. Paid studio plans start in April 2027. Paid studio plans: Studio £990 a year (up to 3 active projects), Studio Pro £1,800 a year (up to 8), Studio Unlimited £3,000 a year (unlimited active projects). Dealers: Dealer £3,000 a year; Dealer Plus £4,800 a year, which adds building schedules from the catalogue. Founding rate: 50% off the first 12 months for early dealers and studios. Brands list in the catalogue for free. Launch features cost £750 per sector per week or £2,500 per week for all sectors, are always labelled "Advertorial", and organic search results and rankings are never for sale. All prices are ex VAT. Seats are unlimited on every paid plan; the billable unit is the trading company.

What is CNTRL-F?

CNTRL-F is a B2B FF&E sourcing and procurement platform for interior designers — not an online furniture shop. Designers specify products into project schedules, request trade pricing, collaborate with dealers and clients, then procure through purchase orders. Suppliers and dealers quote inside the platform so you can focus on design.

Who can use CNTRL-F?

CNTRL-F is designed for interior designers, suppliers, dealers, agents, and their clients. Each role has tailored features to streamline collaboration and project management.

Is CNTRL-F free to use?

CNTRL-F is in beta. Studio Share is free permanently (not a trial) and includes catalogue search, schedule building and up to 2 active projects. Studios are not being charged during the beta. Paid studio plans start in April 2027. Dealers and brands: see the pricing page. Brands list in the catalogue for free.

How do I create an account?

Click 'Sign Up' and enter your email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can select your role (Designer, Supplier, Dealer, etc.) and complete your profile.

For Designers

How do I access trade pricing?

Once you've created a designer account and your profile is verified, you'll automatically see trade pricing on products from participating suppliers. Some suppliers may require you to request trade access first.

Can I import products from other websites?

Yes! You can add products from any website to your product library. Simply paste the URL and we'll extract the product details. You can then add your own trade discounts and include them in project schedules.

How do project schedules work?

Project schedules let you curate products for a specific project, set quantities, add specifications, and track pricing. You can share schedules with clients for approval and with dealers or suppliers for procurement.

Can I share schedules with my clients?

Absolutely. You can invite clients to view their project schedule with customised pricing. Clients can approve or provide feedback on individual items, and their responses are tracked in real-time.

How do I protect my margins?

You control what pricing your clients see. Set your markup percentage and the system automatically calculates client-facing prices. Once a client approves a schedule, prices are locked to protect your margins.

For Suppliers

Does it cost brands to be listed on CNTRL-F?

No. Catalogue listing is free for every curated brand. Any paid launch feature is always labelled "Advertorial", and organic search results and rankings are never for sale.

How do I list my products on CNTRL-F?

Our AI-powered onboarding streamlines the process to just a few hours. We scan your price lists and scrape images and files from your existing website or data centre — no painful spreadsheets or time spent uploading. Contact us to get started and we'll handle the heavy lifting.

Can I set up market-specific pricing?

Absolutely. Add specialist multipliers for each market — such as additional costs for UK FR-rated foam or fabrics, exchange rate (FX) management to convert your pricing, or UK import charges. You control all of this anytime from your dashboard.

Can I manage my dealer relationships?

Yes. Suppliers have full control over their dealer network. You can invite dealers, set discount tiers, appoint territory agents, and track sales performance across your network.

What about my agents? Can I collaborate with them?

Absolutely. Appoint territory agents directly from your dashboard. You can assign geographic territories, control what data they can access (orders, sales value, projects, product performance), and give them visibility into designer and dealer activity in their region.

How do I see which projects feature my products?

Your supplier dashboard shows real-time analytics on project activity, including which designers are specifying your products and pipeline values. You can track from specification through to order.

Can I see how my products are performing?

Yes! Our product analysis lets you see the number of views, top designers interested in your products, and the number of project schedules or favourites they've been added to. Access all of this from your supplier dashboard.

For Dealers

Does CNTRL-F take a commission?

No. CNTRL-F facilitates your purchasing relationships but doesn't take a cut of your margin. You maintain your existing supplier discounts and keep your full dealer margin.

How do dealers join CNTRL-F?

Dealers can start by requesting a demo on the Request a Demo page or by emailing info@cntrl-f.com. The Dealer plan (£3,000 a year, ex VAT) covers receiving, pricing and quoting schedules and raising purchase orders on approval. Dealer Plus (£4,800 a year) also lets a dealer build their own schedules from the catalogue.

How do I quote on designer projects?

When a designer shares a project with you, you'll see the items they've specified. You can apply your trade discounts and submit a quote in seconds, all within the platform.

Can I work with my existing suppliers?

Absolutely. CNTRL-F is designed to enhance your existing supplier relationships, not replace them. Apply your negotiated discounts and maintain direct contact with your suppliers.

Ordering & Procurement

How does procurement work?

You can purchase directly from suppliers, via your preferred dealer, or a combination of both. CNTRL-F generates purchase orders, tracks deliveries, and manages payments in one place.

How do purchase orders work on CNTRL-F?

Once a client has approved the project schedule, the designer procures from it. CNTRL-F generates a purchase order to the supplier, or to the dealer who quoted, with the agreed items and delivery details. Order status is tracked through to delivery. Payment terms are agreed directly with the supplier or dealer.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. All orders placed through CNTRL-F include status tracking from confirmation through to delivery. You'll receive notifications at each stage of the process.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment terms are handled directly between you and the supplier or dealer. CNTRL-F tracks payment status and schedules but doesn't process payments directly.

Account & Support

How do I contact support?

You can reach our support team by emailing support@cntrl-f.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Can I have multiple team members on one account?

Multi-user team accounts are not yet available to use. Today each person has their own account, and colleagues collaborate by sharing projects. Seats will be unlimited on every paid plan, and billing is per trading company, not per seat.

How do I update my company information?

Go to your Dashboard and click on Settings. From there, you can update your company details, contact information, and profile settings.
